<p>You could email the econ department and ask this question or talk to someone in the career center and they may have some stats. And if you look at the Pre-Professional advising section of the course catalog and website you will learn more about how they advise students re med careers. I don’t think there is “screening” but I do think they start early in helping kids figure out which path into medical careers is the best fit.</p>
