I was wondering whether international students get any advantage when getting into grad school if they did their undergraduate in the US, or are they just classified as "international student", with all other international students, and thus have a lower chance of getting in than an american student in grad schools?

Don't quote me on this. But as far as I know, if you attended american college for undergraduate, you definitely have an edge compared to your peers in your native country. Also, int'ls usually have it better at grad school admission than they did at undergraduate admission. Because grad schools are generally more generous in financial aid and don't take student's ability to pay into admission standards.

Again, above is very irresponsible and unsourced talk.
