Please don't say "as high as possible". I am a full IB diploma candidate (senior) going for all 7s on mid-term report so I am going to temporarily stop studying for SAT if my score is over the cutline. If not, then I'll continue. :P

How in the world should we know what * you *, an anonymous CC’er, will get on the SAT?

Have you taken practice tests? Do you have PSAT scores? Doing a practice test from the BB or from the official practice booklet will tell you volumes more than anything anyone on a webforum can.

^Perhaps I should’ve put an apostrophe to the word “at least”. Sorry for that.

A better question:
Is 2150 high enough to be improved to a 2300+ in three months considering the heavy workloads in senior year? Even 2100?? (Because my score fluctuates) Was anyone in a similar situation but did manage a 2300+?

You imply that anyone can simply study and get to a 2300. It doesn’t work that way. Once you go from an 1800 to a 2100, it is highly unlikely you’ll go much higher.

There is no simple equation relating initial score to final score after x hours of preparation; no one here knows whether you are capable of a 2300 or even a 2150, let alone how much preparation is necessary for you to score at a specific level.

Well for me, I got a 2220 on the Oct test and then for the Nov test, I wasn’t going to take it seriously, just took it to get the 4 free score reports and was expecting something in the 2100s but I actually got 2300 so I’d say it’s possible I guess and you’d probably be wanting to be shooting in the 2200s in Oct to possibly get 2300 in Dec?
