Hi! :D

I'm a Canadian student living in Quebec. My family want to go in Algeria and I'm a bit worried about that. Oxford said "Algeria : School leaving qualifications would not be sufficient for candidates to make a competitive application (*please see note below)". However, I'm not going to apply for Oxford because my goal is to go to an Ivy League College. Do you know if the Algerian Bac would be enough for Ivy (with the SAT, SAT II and TOEFL, of course.) I'm planning on going in a private school where they do the Bac in French and not in Arabic.

Do you know how much I should get in the Bac? (The best grade ever gotten in Algeria is 18,45)
Are they going to see my last year of secondary (Bac) or the one before that which is Premiere? (I'm going to be in Premiere)

And for the SAT, SAT II and Toefl, would it be better if I do them in Premiere or Terminale (last year where students do the Bac)?

Thank you so much for your help! Hopefully I will get some answers. :-?

(PS : I saw that some Algerian went in Ivy, but really just a few, really a few ones...)
