Already submitted application, but forgot to agree to the accuracy of app info

<p>Help please!!!!!!!!!!</p>

<p>I just submitted my application to the University of Washington and realized that I forgot to agree to the statement: "I certify under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of Washington that all information reported in this fee waiver request form is true, complete and accurate."</p>

<p>What do I do now? Should I contact them? Will I still be able to be admitted?!</p>
