<p>I just need some reassurance that the essay for engineering will have some impact on my decision. I wrote a truly heart-felt essay (I put my heart and soul into it) and I would be truly disappointed if they did not take it into account when making their decision. Can anyone give me some reassurance that my essay will help even the slightest bit. Thanks a lot. </p>

As for the essay, I can’t imagine them overlooking a well written essay. The engineering essay will help them learn more about you as an individual, so it will help you.</p>
