alternate versions help!

<p>I'm trying to make an alternate version (due to the fact that I made a very stupid mistake on the application) and it's not working for me. I've followed all the instructions: I've submitted it, logged out, and clicked on the link. But for some reason, it just doesn't work. I don't get to a page titled "application versions" and whatnot. Can someone help me? Am I not able to see this page because I already submitted a supplement and the common app to the same institution, but not to other colleges I've added yet?

<p>Sounds like you need to give CA Support a call, they need feedback if this application isn’t working.</p>

<p>I was having the same problem.
I copied the link into my browser instead of clicking on it, and that did the trick. Give that a try.</p>
