<p>Not everyone gets an interview but getting one doesn't necessarily mean the gods are smiling upon you.</p>

<p>I tend to interview as many applicants as I can, doeesn't mean they're all good. But, the interview is a chance to shine--and although it ultimately forms a small part of your assessment, it can get you a small edge, whcih can amount to something when there are so many applicants.</p>

<p>Go to the Search Link up near the top of this page, click on Advanced Search at the bottom of the menu that drops down and for your search term, put "interview" w/o the quotes and change the menu under that to search titles only. On the big category menu on the bottom right, scroll down until you find Columbia, and hit search. All those posts together should answer your questions.</p>
