Am I aiming too high for an ivy?

Ok, so I am a sophmore taking the highest classes possible for my school ( except for math, cuz I am bad at math)
I am taking APworld history this year and honors classes
next year I am taking IB HOA & IB English
& all the rest honors classes
then senior year I am taking IB bio, IB English, IB history & all the rest honors classes.
I am a straight a student- I never get less than an A- on report cards & I do pretty well on exams.
This is not including all if my many electives & extracurriculars & tons of volunteer hours.
So do you think I could get accepted to an ivy?my goal is Cornell.
This is a hypothetical situation if I maintain my good grades, do well on exams, and get a relatively good scores on sat/act tests. :)
I just don't know if I am good enough cuz it's very competitive.

Plus i hace earned the gorl scout gold award (still in it cuz it tells colleges that you are dedicated), that requiers 40 hrs of volunteering, & by the end of Junior year will earn thr gold award ( highest award) and that is very prestigious and requires even more volunteer hours. Plus I did these projects on things that mean a lot to me. I think this will help in my admissions.

Woops at all the typos, I hate typing on my iPod.

I am also in key club, interact ( both volunteer programs), band, chorus

Idk if this will help, but I am ranked 12 in a class of 200, but that will get better.

Plus I have overcome many obstacles. I had cancer in 7th grade, so skipped seventh grade & had major surgeries in 8th grade & this year, still dealing with minor problems that makes it harder for me to concentrate in school. (“chemo brain”, ear ringing, anxiety, hard to focus). Idk but that might show I’m dedicated or something to admissions.

I think you have to put more definite information if you want anyone to give you their accurate assessment. What exact classes are you taking? What specific ECs do you do?

^Agreed. Can you give us more descriptions about your ecs? But having cancer is definately overcoming a struggle- which will help you a lot essay-wise.

wow overcoming cancer, thats a great topic for your essay, maybe you should be a bit more descriptive in EC’s, and IVY’s like math, maybe you should try to get into higher level math classes

chance me back plz, or anyone :)

To maximize your chances of getting into an Ivy you should take the most rigorous course schedule available to you, that will not drop your uw gpa below 3.8
