Am I being realistic...?

As application deadlines get closer I am feeling very unsure of my chances to the schools I am planning on applying to. I’m confident in my stats, but not so much in my extracurriculars. I would really appreciate any input on whether or not I have a realistic chance at these schools:

-Carleton (plan to apply ED II)
-Macalester
-UMich Ann Arbor (LSA)
-Reed
-Pomona
-St. Olaf

(I have safety schools, but I am not worried about my chances at those…)

My stats:
White female; public school in MN
3.88 GPA unweighted (my school does not calculate weighted GPA, but I have taken every honors and AP course that has been offered to me) I’m in the top 4% of the class
35 ACT
World History SAT: 750
Bio E: 710, but plan to retake next month
AP Calc AB: 4
AP Stats: 4
AP Lang: 5
WHAP: 5
I’m also taking the only AP classes that were available to me this year, AP Bio and AP Macro.
National Merit Scholar SF

My extracurriculars (definitely not the best…no awards or anything. Not to make excuses, but I have really bad social anxiety so I find it very difficult to participate in things. Plus, I do school online and the clubs change from year to year, and only one club has even had leadership positions.) :

-Violin (lessons for 8 years, orchestra for two years, section leader one year)
-Piano (self-taught originally, 4 years of lessons, composing)
-Library volunteer (80+ hours, two years)
-Tutoring (3 years)
-STEM club (2 years, adviser)
-History club (2 years)
-Astronomy club (2 years)
-Family responsibilities (don’t know if I should put this on app, but I spend A LOT of my time tutoring my little sister, driving her around to school and sports, preparing meals for her, etc…)
-Music club (3 years)
-German club (3 years)

My recs will probably be okay…like I said, I do school online so it is difficult to connect with teachers. I do think I stand out somewhat, however, since a lot of kids who do online school are not very invested in academics.

And any suggestions for other schools would be great as well!
