Am I being realistic in my school choices?

Hey guys, I am a junior applying for college next year looking for a little advice. I'm not asking about my stats, but I want to know if my College List is balanced enough because I'm a little worried that the schools that I think are matches might actually be matches.

Schools

Reaches
Harvard
Princeton
Yale
Stanford
Either Columbia or Brown (yeah i know they're really different, but I'm only going to apply to one of them)

Matches
Georgetown (or is it a reach?)
Wash U
UChicago
Johns Hopkins
Rice

Safeties
USC
UT Austin (I'm from Texas and plan to apply to the Honors Program)
Case Western

Gender: Male
Race: Asian (Indian)
GPA: 4.0 UW (if we're counting all As as 4.0) we grade on a hundred point scale so ~95.9 weighted
Class Rank: DNR
SAT I: 2350 (750 W)
SAT II: 800 Math II, 800 Bio, 800 Chem

Notes on curriculum:
I've taken all AP classes during Junior year, most classes sr. year are past AP level, and i took the hardest curriculum possible

Awards
Presidential Community Service 9th, 10th, 11th (silver, gold, gold)
National French Competition (3rd Nationally)
Hopefully National Merit Semifinalist
Excellence in French (at school 9th, 10th)
Honorable mention in Chemistry (School)
national Ap Scholar (hopefully after my 5 APs are done this year)
Honorable Mention at American Chemical Society Test (4th Place)

•Research at University Lab (Since last summer)
•300 hours at a hospital volunteering with cancer patients (plan on going on their camp this summer as a counselor)
•Breakthrough (aka summerbridge) School year program tutor
•Band (3 years) hopefully i'll make All-State next year in time for apps

**Interests, focuses:
Science, community service

Summer:
•Volunteering at the Hospital
Reseaching at the lab
Essays:
They'll probably be good enough, but I don't really know how to judge this

Teacher Recs:
Will probably be good enough

So, my question is. Are my match/safety schools actually match/safety schools, or am I being a little unrealistic? Also, any suggestions? Thanks a lot!

i personally think you have a very strong resume that could get you into all the schools listed
however, i think you may have to beware of the typical factor
you need to think of something that really makes you unique, because colleges get many applicants with perfect grades every year and they often just pass over someone like you because they have so many similar people
i think it would be important in your essay to show how you are unique
as for your school layout, idk, only starting to research schools myself

You definitely have a good resume, but I’d double check some of the schools you are considering “matches”. Georgetown is simply not a match for anyone. UChicago would be difficult to call a match because of its admissions process (low acceptances rates, high competition), but you could probably stretch it to say that. I don’t know anything about your safeties.
