am I crazy for trying to attempt this junior year?

Why would you take both AP Calc AB and BC? You can’t take both exams.

Some schools require that you take AB and BC…

@ Davidthenerd our school requires a student to take AB calc before taking BC.

Im dropping either 1 or 2 of the online classes, I was being dumb trying to load up on all of this but not thinking about the actual junior year. I would have clubs and the SAT’s in the same year which would be a major problem trying to fit those in with the other classes.

Fianally some sense.

As far as I know you arent supposed to be taking AP Calc AB and BC in the same year… This sched just doesnt seem realistic. Between Online classes, AP, studying, HW, you are having little time for extracurriculars, which are just as important as taking 2 extra AP’s

Kiss sleep goodbye with this schedule. Sorry to say, but it is very unrealistic. Trust me, as an AP Calculus AB student, I’d have to say that you need more than a semester for that. I have one of the greatest teachers for Calculus AB, and she her passing rate for that is in the 90’s (with a 100% passing rate for BC), and we finished the material by March. But she is a quick teacher. I am not sure how the teachers are in your school. And I would sacrifice the online ones for clubs, especially if you plan on being an officer for a club. Also, correct me if I am mistaken, but I believe you can take the AP exam without taking a class. I would definitely not take Human Geography. I would just buy a review book and practice from tests online. That is a huge time-saver as opposed to taking the class. I hear it is THE easiest AP, and that you would get a 5 by doing what I just said. I think I would self-study AP Psychology as well, so this should save you plenty of time and still give you a great chance of getting those 5’s. With this, I think I gave you some more sleep. Hope my advice helped!

I don’t think anybody is trying to be mean, but you just need to consider how much time it would require to take this kind of schedule. Think about it.

There are 24 hours of a day. Your normal school day takes about 7.5 hours, plus your 2.5 hours of online classes. That’s 10 hours of being at school/online classes. I would estimate 30 to 60 minutes or more of homework for APUSH, 30 to 60 minutes or more of homework for Calc, maybe 15 to 30 mins of homework for each other AP class, ending up with between 2 to 4 hours of homework - and honestly I was being kinda conservative with the homework load, but it depends on the school. That’s roughly 13 hours of school a day, plus 7 hours of sleep (which you should be getting) leaves you with 4 hours.

4 hours a day. I dunno about you, but I spend at least 2 to 3 hours on sports alone - let alone all my other ECs. That gives me practically no leisure time at all. I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I would be able to survive with no leisure time what-so-ever, lol.
