Am I eligible?

I’m an IGCSE student from the middle east, I would like to study in the US, faculty of architecture. I am to take my SATs and IELTS this October, and I have a job at a multinational company, where I communicate with english speaking foreigners. I took 8 OL’s and 2 AS’s, which I know is nothing at all. Apart from my job I don’t have extracurricular activities, because at my school we didn’t have any clubs. Also, it’s very rare at my country for someone my age to have a job. My scores are not out yet, but my GPA so far is 3.7. I took classes in piano and art but that’s about it. My question is, am I eligible for an international scholarship to a US university?
P.S.:I already posted this before, because I didn’t know there was an international students thread here. >.<
P.P.S: I am aware that there are universities that offers financial aid which is not merit based, so I don’t mean a scholarship, just to get accepted.

You will need to take American exams (SAT, SAT II, or ACT) and see how you do on them. If you do well, there are a few schools (University of Alabama) which will give you financial aid based on those and your grades alone. In general, competition for international merit scholarships is fierce, because there are many more applicants than scholarships. Financial aid for international students is very, very limited. That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t try. It does mean you need to be realistic about your chances. Start by reading this thread.
