Am I going overboard??

I'm currently working on obtaining my Associates Degree in Business/Finance. When I graduate I will also have certifications in Project management and Interpersonal skills.

I don't really care for Finance but I know it's good to have in the business field so for my Bachelor's Degree I was thinking about taking a double major of Economics/International business and a minor in Marketing or Economics/Marketing and a Minor in IB.

On the other had I think I may just stick to Business/Finance or Business/Economics all the way through my under graduate years.

Finishing with a MBA/JD

My beginning goal was the JD but I didn't want to do pre-law since it isn't the easiest department to get a good job in without an actual degree. So I decided business would be the next best thing.

I want the best possible combinations for transcripts, resumes and anything else job or school related. I'm just not exactly sure what that should be, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'll also have the classes for a ASS. in Entrepreneurship and was thinking about stretching it one more semester to obtain either a Pre-License in Real Estate or get some grant writing classes.

I'm afraid employers will look at me like I'm crazy but just maybe they will see it as an asset since overall all the fields are attached to business in one way or another.

One another note, what are the thoughts on minoring in a field like Political science or Communication

All the paths that you mentioned are good paths to take, but I think where you should first start and identifying the subjects that most interest you. For instance, if finance does not interest I would not recommend that you pursue it. Yes, finance knowledge is good to have, but just a general understanding is just as valuable. Right now it seems that you have a lot of ideas, but no real clear cut direction.
