Am I going to kill myself?

Interesting, jcas. I elected not to even try (very hard anyway) on the AP exams because I knew I wasn’t going to use them for credit. Just wanted to get exempted from finals.

I’m probably only going to take one semester of math (Cal 1). I did really really well in AB calculus and probably will get a 5 on the exam (didn’t even study) so I think that’ll be an “easy” course for first semester.

I plan to devote lots of attention to chem and bio.

Is taking 6 courses common? I want to do that for freshman fall semester, but if it’s too difficult, maybe I’ll try that out spring semester.

you can always sign up for 6 and drop down to five… its pretty common to sign up for one more class than you’d like to take. just be sure to check the full syllabus schedule for all of your classes and make sure you dont have 3 or 4 exams in one week, etc etc.

i personally thought 4 was a good way to get adjusted to cornell the first semester and i challenged myself more going forward. there is no rush to get courses over with, you have 4 years.

uh does 2070 actually have a lab? i looked on the student center for it and couldn’t find it…

on schedulizer it had it though

207 definitely has a lab - it is 3 hours out of your schedule. there is also a section that you must register in, though you don’t actually have to go
