I really want to go to Vanderbilt, I have since I was in 6th grade. However, I didn't ever think I would have good enough stats to get in. I would like opinions.

Stats:
Well, my dad is in the Air-force and I lived in Tennessee for seven years, but I just moved out of the state two years ago because we got transfered.
I lived in Germany when I was little and I am fairly proficient in the language.
I have won the State Foreign Language competetion in French: first in reading and second in art.
I have a 4.35 weighted (not sure if it's accurate, my school uses a different scale, but it's over a 4.0) and a 4.0 unweighted. (My school is really small and only offers two AP courses, the rest are honors, so my gpa can't go up because they don't weight honors.)
I went to Girls' State.
I went to math/science camp at a Tennessee university.
Went to regional science competetion for A&P, we placed 4th.
I have taken every advanced class my school offers and I will have 30+ college credits by the end of my senior year.
I volunteer/ job shadow at the hospital.
I am in NHS (three years, and youngest member at my school); I am the VP.
I am in Young Governors (two years, sec.)
I am going to do speech and debate this year, I didn't really want to but the teacher asked so I thought I would give it a try.
I am in German Club (two years, President) and I was in French Club (two years).
I got a 29 on the ACT, but my highest scores in each section are all 31+s, and I've taken it twice. I'm planning on taking it again.
I have no legacy, my dad didn't go to college and my mom only went for two years. Not many people in my family have actually finished college, lot of them have gone, they just haven't finished. So I'm not a first-generation college student.
I'm ranked 4th of 179, and my school is VERY competetive. I was told when I transfered that I would most likely not make it into the top 20%, but now I'm in the top 3%.

I'm not looking at any other private schools besides Vanderbilt, UT at Knoxville is my back up, but I don't really like it there. I know my ACT composite isn't that great, but what do you think?
