Am I in too deep of a hole?

I'm a rising junior, and I'm seriously looking at BS/MD programs.
Here are my stats:

GPA: 3.68 (UW)
SAT: 2220 (Practice test, im taking the real one in December)

Medical Extra Curriculars:
Around 300 hours of Medically Related Volunteer hours right now. (will probably be around 500 by the time I apply next year)
Shadowed a Gastroenterologist, a Radiation Oncologist, and an Anesthesiologist.
Observed multiple surgeries from within the OR

I also have a good amount of non medical extra curriculars.

Obviously, my problem is my atrocious GPA. I do go to a well known school that generally places ~20 percent of seniors in top 20 colleges though. If i get a 4.0 this year (Junior Year) I would get my GPA up to a 3.78. Would I have any shot at 7 or 8 year BS/MD programs?

I live in Maryland, so theres no instate program which sucks. Right now I'm looking at

RPI/AMC
Penn State
Drexel's Program
UMiami

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Don’t know how far Richmond is from you, but the VCU/MCV program is pretty easy to get into. Have you taken a lot of APs?

I’ve taken the most APs that I possibly can. (all that are offered to me at my school)

I’ll definitely look into the MCV program.

Also, this year: study for subject tests. get at least one science, Math level II, and one humanities/ language. Bio and chem are usually preferred for these programs (but physics is not looked down upon, if that makes any sense)

You can get in with 3.7+ at quite a few programs if your test scores and ECs are strong enough. Focus on pulling a strong SAT and subject tests along with raising that GPA.
