<p>Am I ineligible for the CIA Undergraduate Scholarship Program?</p>

<p>So I'm 17. And I was looking at their Undergraduate Scholarship Program.</p>

<p>I meet all of the requirements except one:
It says I must be 18 by April 1 of my senior year.</p>

<p>Well, I graduate June 2011, and I turn 18 two weeks after I graduate.</p>

<p>Does this mean I can't apply?</p>

<p>I emailed them and asked because my birthday is in July, and they said I’d have to wait till next year (after I graduate). The program begins in June I think, but you could still email and ask them.</p>
