<p>I am from Ethiopia I get my green card(American) almost before 2 years I have a passport and also a social security number but I didn't still move their for some reasons I am learning in Ethiopia until now(I never learn outside Ethiopia)I mean i was supposed to move as soon as i got my green card but i cant for some reasons as I said above now things are good here so I wanted to move and finish high school there in boarding school and go to college with ease(easily) as a domestic student does and also I want to get privileges that a domestic student can get so I decided to move and learn grade 11 and 12 there.
My mom and dad came there in USA and do some works and they pay their taxes. I need help in figuring out what I am an international or domestic and as you know boarding schools are much expensive so i can't get more aids if I am an international student so that I must be a domestic student pleaseeee give me help on this matter 10q guys.</p>

<p>You are international for credentials and local for financial aid.</p>
<p>So since you went to school abroad, they have to evaluate you based on where you went to school and how you did. However, you are eligible for any aid available only to permanent resident/citizens and also allowed to get student loans.</p>
<p>thank you for your help what about for high school is it fine if i finish here and came there for college or is it better to finish highschool there and go to college but if they see that i got my green card before 3 years doesn’t it matter to them they wont ask me why didnt i learn there as soon as i got my green card and when they know or see my transcript from another country they wont ask a question??? need hel really my mom n dad are suggesting that i finish high school here in ethiopia n come there but i think its better if they saw their own highschool transcript than other country n they will give more opportunity for their own citizens not like me from other country finishing highschool and having other transcript n coming for college i think it doesnt make sense for them by z way give me your opinion 10qqqqqqq</p>
