Am I on the right track?

So I guess I’ll just give a brief overview of my academic/extracurricular activities:
Freshman year I was in all regular classes (I was not recommended for the 4 available honors classes). Sophomore year, I took honors geometry, honors chemistry, and AP gov. I’m currently a junior, and I’m taking a full load with 4 AP classes, 2 honors classes, and an online class that counts as an honors class. It’s arguably the most rigorous course load in my grade (of about 60 people). From freshman and sophomore year, I had a 3.75 GPA. This year, I’ve been struggling to maintain high grades mainly because I’ve been feeling overwhelmed. I have like 2 or 3 B+'s and the rest A’s and A-s. I was really intending to bring my GPA up because I wouldn’t really consider it competitive. They should go up this quarter. I’ve participated in cheer since freshman year (I have a small leadership position this year), dance freshman and sophomore year, I volunteer at a homeless shelter medical clinic every other Saturday, and this year, I’m leading science olympiad. I’m operating the lights for both school plays this year. Last summer, I took a chemistry course at a local university. Every year since the summer after 9th grade, I’ve stayed with my aunt for about a month and worked at her beach store. This summer, I’m planning on staying with a family in France as an au pair for around a month, speaking French. I haven’t taken the ACT or SAT yet, but I’ve been doing practice with a tutor and plan on taking it in early 2017. I have no outstanding discipline cases, except for a Saturday detention for a weird social situation that I’m pretty sure won’t be reported to any colleges. My recs should be decent. I’m interested in science in general, and I’m a girl, but I don’t think that will have much of an effect on anything. My question is, am I on the right track to be accepted to places like Yale/Harvard/Duke? I have legacy at Yale, but my family hasn’t ever donated or anything. My dad did his residency at Duke, which is where he met my mom. I’ve also been looking at Barnard, which I really like, but they do not offer any merit scholarships. If I am not on that level, what do I need to do right now to improve my chances in the future?
Level-headed comments/kind criticisms welcome. Thanks in advance!!! And let me know if I have left anything out!!!

bump!!!
