Am I on track? And should I submit these SAT/ACT scores & if so which one??
Thank you so much!!!

I would say you are fairly close to being on track. I’m going to Conn. college in the fall and our stats match up pretty closely. Its important that you tell them how much dance you do to help explain why you didn’t have any school sports. Also if you could go from CP english to AP English that would help you alot. Colleges want you to take the hardest classes that you can, especially in important classes like English.
I wouldn’t submit those SAT scores if I were you. I got 1850 and didn’t submit them. Unless you can get them up to 1950 or there abouts it’s probably not worth it.
You are most certainly in the conversation. A good essay and recommendation would most likely get you in.
