I checked my WebGrants account and it shows that I have been awarded roughly $5k for my Cal Grant A for the 2017-2018 school year. I don’t know if this is the cause but I kind of slacked off during senior year of high school and wasn’t able to be awarded anything for the 2016-2017 school year.
I just went to the FA office and talked to a representative but they state that since I was disqualified for the '16-'17 year that means I would be disqualified for the rest of my years…
Is this true or should I go back and ask again? Any confirmation/input would be appreciated.
