You're applying to a lot of schools that I applied to last year, so I hope I can be of some help here. Here's my opinion:

University of Washington: If you're out of state, It's not gonna happen. If you're in state, you have a 60%ish chance. If you're OOS, it's not COMPLETELY impossible, but it's just that their OOS'ers have an average 3.92 GPA, and 86% of admitted students in and out of state are in the top 10% of their class.
10% Chance.

University of Michigan- No. Not gonna happen. Sorry. I had SIGNIFICANTLY better stats than you and I was rejected 2 weeks after submitting my app. (no offense or anything.)
2% Chance

University of Wisconsin-M
Madison? I'm assuming that's what you mean. That's where I go. If you're in state, you're in. If you're out of state, you're probably in too. You seem to be right up their alley. The GPA is a little lower than their average, but you have a good shot b/c of your test scores and ECs.
77.5% Chance. (couldn't decide between 75 and 80 =] )

UIUC- They're really into rank. If you're in state, you're in. If you're out of state, since you're barely top 20%, you have an okay shot.
55% Chance

University of Rochester- I don't know.

Michigan State- You're in, in state or out of state. Maybe honors.
99.999% Chance

Ohio State- You're in for sure if you're in state, and if you're out of state, you're pretty sure to get in as well.
70% Chance

University of Iowa- They use a formula for admission, so you're guaranteed. You've already been accepted.
100% Chance.

University of Miami- See UIUIC.

To answer your question, no, you're not aiming too high. You just have a lot of matches. I'd guess you'll get into 4-5 of those 9 places. You'll probably get into Madison, UIUC, MSU, U Iowa, and OSU. The others, I'm not sure.

I wish you the best of luck!!

PS: Based on the kind of schools you seem to like, I HIGHLY recommend you check out the University of Arizona. Safety school for you, and very similar to the places you mentioned.
