am I the only on having troubles logging into SIS?

so I got the email and did what it says. I generated a password and then used it and my computing ID to log in. but EVERY TIME I get an error saying incorrect login.

should I contact the help desk? and is anyone else having this issue?

I don’t know if this helps but;

You can repeat the steps the generate a new password, if you wish.

Do not cut and paste it. I can’t tell you how many people copy in an extra space at the beginning or end of their password and try to tell us the system isn’t working. :)

I think the thing is case sensitive, so make sure you use capital letters where necessary.

thank you Dean J haha. that was exactly my problem.

thanks for the relpies

If I applied on Saturday, and have yet to recieve an email, should I call tommorow? It says 5 business days - does that mean I should call on Monday? I’m probably just going to wait until Monday, I don’t want to be a pain.

Newest song of the day:
[YouTube - Meat Loaf - “Paradise By the Dashboard Light” Lyrics](<a href=“Meat Loaf - "Paradise By the Dashboard Light" Lyrics - YouTube”>Meat Loaf - "Paradise By the Dashboard Light" Lyrics - YouTube)

Have you checked your spam folder?

You can email 4help@virginia.edu and ask for the email to be resent.

I also have yet to receive an email with my SIS info and I applied Tuesday, Dec. 28th. Should I email/call them about it? Or are they just busy and I will receive an email as soon as they get to it? I don’t mean to be a burden, especially considering this is a really hectic time for the admissions office, but I just want to make sure they did not forget about me.

Artsy, definitely call. They say you should call after 5 business days.

Thanks for the response Dean J.

Please do not call the Office of Admission about this. Contact the help desk, 4help@virginia.edu .

Sorry Dean J - didn’t mean to spread the wrong information.

I was confused by this
