<p>Amanda Mason, 18, is preparing to start her freshman year at Harvard University.Mason, who attended East Lincoln High School, said she had always dreamt of going to an Ivy League school. Mason applied and was accepted to Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Duke and UNC Chapel Hill. After touring the campus of each school, Mason chose Harvard.</p>
<p>While at Harvard, Mason plans on majoring in biology. When asked what her biggest concern was about starting school in Boston, Mason said: "It's the weather." </p>

<p>Byerly, thanks for telling me that again. I don't know how that makes Harvard's quality any more admirable. BTW, congratulations Amanda...it's funny when newspapers have little better than to publish articles about students going to Harvard.</p>
