I ordered a book a while (3.5 weeks) ago from amazon marketplace and havent received it yet. I tried contacting the sender and he/she hasnt replied. Can anyone point me to how I should go about getting my money back from amazon?

Yes. See the link at the top of the Amazon website that says HELP. Go there and look around. Talk to Customer Service.

thats a very long time. I would def. call up amazon.com and ask them whats happening. usually, there is also a tracking #, so you can look that up and see what the hold up is.

can't call them up. they have the service where they call you. it works pretty nicely actually because you get service pretty quickly. i've never had a problem with amazon, but then that's just me. you should hopefully get your money back if you request a refund for not getting the book.

Amazon has an A to Z Guarantee but you can only use it five times and you have to wait a certain amount of days before you use it-usually 30. Do what BP said. Click on help at the top right and go under Privacy & Security. Click on A-to-Z Guarantee Protection. Click "Submit a Claim."
