amazon marketplace help

<p>I ordered a book a while (3.5 weeks) ago from amazon marketplace and havent received it yet. I tried contacting the sender and he/she hasnt replied. Can anyone point me to how I should go about getting my money back from amazon?</p>

<p>File a chargeback with your credit card. Then contact amazon. Then leave a bad review.</p>

<p>When you buy through amazon marketplace, your credit card gets charged by the merchant, not amazon. Chargeback would be the fastest way to get your money back. Call the card issuer and talk to a human. Tell them you want to file a chargeback on such and such a transaction. They should be able to help you.</p>

<p>It's either that or litigation.</p>

<p>BTW if you charged it on the amazon.com credit card, the issuer is Chase. Say you charged it to your citibank mastercard, you talk to CITIBANK to file the chargeback, not Mastercard.</p>
