Amazon Seller+ Did not know shipping cost is this expensive!!!

WTH!

I priced my book somewhat low, but not the lowest. About $5 more than the lowest price.

It's a hard cover book.

I'm so naive, I did not know shipping would cost me about $17.

WOW! This is the last time, I'm selling a book.

HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHA

Are you sending it FedEx overnight or something. Send that as media mail and it’ll only be a few bucks.

Wow lol that’s even more ex*****ve than international

@racin. Media mail does not have like a tracking number. I did not inquire, and I still have to pay at least $10. The book is 4.7 lbs. :(

I’ll probably send it tomorrow. I’m thinking of just cancelling the whole thing, but maybe I shouldn’t. There is someone out there waiting for this package.

^can’t figure out what word’s censored in there…

lol shipping should not cost$17 unless you selected some overnight delivery, you messed something up

@rymd

I told them I want standard shipping, the cheapest, and they did say, something like $10, but without tracking number…

so what do you think is the reasonable price for shipping a hard cover book, at least 4.7 pounds, 11x8.75?

I’m sending it to someone in the same state. About 2 hours away.

You’re sending it to someone two hours away. You don’t need a tracking number. Media mail. There’s a reason it exists.

A 5 pound package sent via media mail would be $5. I know you can get insurance on media mail, so I imagine you can also get some sort of tracking on it.

Wow, they censored male genitalia. That’s funny, people need to learn to spell correctly. And really? That’s like censoring humerus or fibula.

USPS media mail + delivery confirmation (don’t use the confirmation+signature one though). Media mail is about $1 a pound and delivery confirmation is less than $1. I know that you can put delivery confirmation on media mail because I’ve done it before. It’s a little green tag/sticker that you pick up at the post office next to the insurance tags.
