Still nothing today! I think if a scholarship organization has a deadline of when they will notify applicants, they should stick to that or at least let applicants know they need more time… I have been notified about a scholarship the day they were supposed to tell their decision and they said “we just started reviewing applications today…”
I just called them and the women said that they are supposed to be going out this week. If you haven’t got any notification yet, you should either today or tomorrow (not sure exactly what time.) If you don’t receive anything by tomorrow around 4 or 5 p.m. you need to call them and let them know. Hope that helps some people that are waiting on pins and needles like I am! She also is thinking that they may be sending out notifications in batches.

Here is the email I received after I emailed ISTS asking about the delay:
“Notifications have been delayed, though we do expect them this month. Thank you for your patience while the final preparations are made.”
