I believe they will not make an announcement about the winners until May 15th. Since they are running behind and from pass experiences, if they do not announce by the date, then it will usually be the middle of the next month. I could be wrong but this is how other scholarships have handled these issues. I am still holding out hope that no news is good news.

No specific date given, but as @brebremuffin stated it’ll probably be the 15th of this month.

Just curious to see if how I compare, what did other peoples stats look like?
35 ACT, 4.32 High School GPA, 5’s on all 10 AP tests I took, 4.0 college GPA, 12th overall individually at academic decathlon with 5 national medals including 1st in geology essay and 2nd in economics. I am currently at BYU double majoring in geology and economics.
My college GPA and ACT score aren’t as high as the person above, but I attend University of Michigan, Pre-Med (Biomolecular Sciences major) with two possible minors. High GPA was 3.92 unweighted, 4.3 weighted. I have a ton of community service experience, tutor biology and calculus, am on Housing ResEd, have traveled to various places domestically for national and international conferences, have been a national Lowes Scholar, Nordstrom Scholar, APIASF Scholar, Tzu Chi Scholar.
I had 680 community service hours (low est.), 19 extracurricular activities, 3 current consecutive jobs + 3 past.
The Lowe’s Scholarship was also handled by ISTS, and from winning that I realized ISTS looks a lot at your overall passion for your extracurriculars, not just grades. So if you had a flow in your ECs, you should be fine (as semifinalists, I’m sure we will did 
Now just need to worry if our essay was good enough. For myself, I did not put as much time as I should have.

Wasn’t selected, but was awarded another scholarship today so that took the edge off the blow. Congrats to those selected!
