Amazon vs. ebay!!!

Hey guys, I need to sell my old books online.
1) Is it better to use ebay or amazon for selling books.
2) The lowest prices for used books are pretty low...what is the best selling price to get the best deal (the price is high enough so that I make substantial money, but not high enough that nobody would even think about buying it and it will just sit in the online marketplace...forever...) Because the way I see it, most people would just buy the the ONE book offered for cheapest, provided that it was decent in quality and from a reputable seller (and unfortunately, pretty much all booksellers are reputable sellers and offer decent quality products). Do I pretty much have to go for the lowest price??

Many thanks! I'm trying to get used to amazon and ebay because I think there are lots of opportunities, way more than just selling/buying used books obviously. =)

Amazon's faster. Ebay requires deadlines for auctions to end if you choose to do so. Your best bet would be to list the cheapest price (even by a few cents) to make sure that your book is sold fastest. I think more students use amazon since they don't want to deal with auctions on ebay.

yeah amazon. i buy all my books from amazon too, so..
