Ambiguous/similar college names... (fun post)

<p>yeah. University of Chicago vs Loyola University of Chicago</p>

<p>Ah, yeah, people do confuse UC with LUC a lot.</p>

<p>Northwestern College (I think it's in MN, somewhere here in the midwest, super religious) and Northwestern University</p>

<p>There's a Columbia College in Chicago too...</p>

<p>I see a lot of people mix up Northwestern University and Northeastern University.</p>

<p>Harvard University and Harvard College</p>

<p>harvard university and harvard college are the same</p>

<p>hence the confusion ^^ lol</p>

<p>lots of people on here say UC (meaning university of california) but where i'm from, UC means university of cinncinnatti.</p>

<p>University of Texas and University of Tennessee, mainly cuz they're both UTs and their color is orange</p>

<p>i dunno if this has been said, but dePauw and depaul</p>

<p>Over here, people will think .. if you say Northwestern.. Northwest Community College... -__-</p>
