Actually, I wonder if I have a disadvantage because I am an international student and my English is definitely not perfect, but I am living in the U.S. right now (for just one year and I arrived about 2 months ago).
So I obviously have to take the American SAT.
Is it true that the international SAT is easier than the American one?
I mean, it would make sense.
If so, is it possible to register for an international SAT within the United States?

No, as long your testing center is in the US, you’ll automatically be in the US test taker pool. International essays are easier, and I believe the CR and writing is easier overall, but it’s not always the case. That’s one of the disadvantages of moving to the US and you’re going to have to deal with it, but rest assured, harder tests always mean more lenient scales.

^ How exactly can you claim that? You may have found a particular International SAT easier than a particular American SAT, but I really doubt that is the general case. If the test is easier, then the curve will perhaps be harsher.
