I am very politcally active, such as working election polls, registering voters, etc.

To many to list, but follows much like this.

So, do you think I have a shot? I am also applying to Brown, UCLA, Stanford, Whittier College and Yale College. Big dreams; I know.

this is the most competitive year for high school graduates in the history of American higher education. None of us can really "chance" you since we're not on the selection committee. Admissions depends on so many variables including who you're competing with and what the college is looking for in a class. So, as we all know, the highest GPA and test scores, etc. can still result in a denial. This is why I find these requests from people to determine whether they are competitive somewhat futile. Most of the students denied from very competitive schools are outstanding applicants.

I was thinking the same thing, Impw. It really is tough, so the only people that know what they are looking for is the admissions department. Hopefully we can get in!
