Amherst essay: how to indicate which prompt?

I ended up writing for the prompt "I’m not a machine. I feel and believe. I have opinions. Some of them are interesting. I could, if you’d let me, talk and talk.... "
I guess if you read my essay, it's not too hard to discern that my essay is for that prompt, but is there a way I should indicate that I'm writing for that prompt?

Should I rewrite the prompt at the start of my essay? Or ... X_X I'm confused.

If its obvious that your writing about a specific prompt, then don't bother labeling it because you'd think the reader would have enough brainpower to realise that.

I did the same one as well.

At the start of my essay i just put, "#5" then returned 2 lines and put my essay.

^ i did the same. Can't be too careful.
