Amherst vs. Swarthmore -- Cold Feet

If only I can convince myself of having made the right choice. I mailed out my Amherst deposit a couple days ago. Then today I got a letter from Swarthmore saying that I'd been named a Swarthmore Scholar, which essentially cancels out the loan portion of my financial aid, so money's no longer a factor. I'm not sure if I'm being a little schizo, having cold feet, or whatnot. I don't know. I'm really confused.

Is it better to follow through with my decision or to backpedal?

Win Win. Flip a coin if need be. Cannot lose.

what about in terms of their art programs? I plan on being and English and Fine Arts double major, and will most likely pursue a career in one of those areas.

I doubt art is a strong area at either. My sister looked at S for art but went to RISD.

maybe if i applied to brown i would look at RISD. with swat, i could cross-register with u penn; with amherst, i could cross-register with smith. smith and u penn seem to have better art programs.
