The key word here is applicants not students because I know at most schools this is equal or close enough. However, when I was at the 10 schools evening i noticed a distinct lack of girls was this just indicative of my area or are there more boy than girl applicants in general.

Well I can’t tell you statistics about applying people but I can tell you that Exeter(and I am pretty sure most other BS) the enrolled girls are 52% and boys are 48%. So if there are not that many girls applying it’s okay because the school already has more girls then boys.

There was an over-admittance of girls at SPS this years, so there’s definitely not a lack of female applicants there.
