Is it possible to switch from college of arts and sciences to a business school in the same institution, without wasting an extra year or semester? For instance, considering UPenn, a transfer from College of Arts and Sciences to Wharton. Is there a credits-transfer system that applies to both the schools?</p>

<p>If you want to know how likely it is to be able to transfer into Wharton from the College of Arts and Sciences, you need to pick up the telephone and call Penn. Only they can give you an accurate answer.</p>

<p>Penn does not allow you, as a transfer student, to transfer within colleges at Penn.</p>
