Anatomy and Physiology before MCAT?

Is it important to have taken Anatomy and Physiology before taking the MCAT? (Which would mean my daughter would be taking the MCAT during the spring of Junior year while busy with a full course load.) Or is it more important to take the MCAT when the basic courses (Bio, Gen Chem, Organic Chem, and Physics) are fresh in mind at the end of a summer studying after sophomore year? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Not necessary, and not even especially helpful.

According to my D. (Med. student), physiology was very essential for MCAT, Anatomy is very helpful in Med. School. As you might guess, she took the first before MCAT, second - after. So, her experinec might be different from others, but she had a decent score and great acceptances.
