Animal science major transfer to Cal Poly

<p>My major is animal science and I'm planning to apply to Cal Poly this fall. My GPA is 3.2 and Cal Poly wants a 3.5. Will they give me a chance to raise my GPA before next fall? Is there a chance of me getting accepted? What can I do?</p>
