Hi,
Currently I am transferring from community college as a junior. I got into both of my top choice schools and need help deciding between them. I want to be a vet of exotic animals in the future and need the school that will adequately prepare me for vet school. I got into Davis as an animal biology major which I plan on switching to animal science. I got into cal poly slo as a animal science major. Does anybody know the statistics of entering vet school from both? I need to choose the right one and am drawn to cal poly . However davis is known for its awesome animal science program.

Post your question on the College Search & Selection forum. Your question is about the schools, not transferring per se, and that forum gets much more traffic.

I moved your other thread to the Vet forum, but it’s relatively new and so has not attracted many members yet.

It seems like Davis would be the better choice. It is ranked as the #2 vet school in the nation.

What gpa did you get into those schools with?

Davis is the more well known for pre-vet
