Ann Arbor or Dearborn

Do top graduate schools and/or employers prefer U of M Ann Arbor over Dearborn campus graduates with same GPA? In terms of quality of education, reputation, and better potential employment opportunities after graduation, are there any differences? Got admitted in both campuses (engineering college) and little concerned/confused about it.
I've heard from several people that such differences do exist. Any one would like to share more? I appreciate it!

If you want the better of the two, Ann Arbor is clearly the right choice. Hence why under CC Top Universities it says "University of Michigan - Ann Arbor."

Ann Arbor - top 25 university

Dearborn - top 2000

There is a very distinct difference. I am sot of surprised you even have to ask. The Michigan system is not like the UC system. 6 of the 9 UCs are ranked among the top 50 nationally. Not so with the Michigan system. That's like asking if there is a difference between UC-Berkeley or UCLA and UC-Merced! Even if you could somehow successfully avoid specifying which Michigan campus you attended (unlikely if you are applying to top companies or top graduate schools), the overall quality of your experience will not be the same.

Thanks Alexandre. I've made my mind and going to Ann Arbor, even though is more expensive(roughly double the tuition) yet in the long run might pay off. I'm OSS but my financial aid package is fairly OK including the scholarship of 10K. Two years down at a local community college(OCC) and 2 more years to go at UM-AA.
