Another bubble has burst...The bubble in higher education has popped.

<p>UW can’t increase OOS excluding Minn over 25% and they are right at that level most years. Minn kids are unlimited but seem to stay around 10%. The best they can do is get better OOS kids with more aid $$$$. But that defeats part of the purpose.</p>

<p>Its worth pointing out, though, that Wisconsin probably gets the better of that deal with Minnesota.</p>

<p>It costs slightly more for a student from Minnesota to go to Wisconsin than for a Wisconsin student to go to Wisconsin. But, it costs lessfor a student from Wisconsin to go to Minnesota than it costs a student from Minnesota to go to Minnesota.</p>
