Only person I personally know who got accepted to all the great schools is my friend who, long time ago, got into Harvard, MIT, Yale, Princeton and Cal Tech EARLY when they allowed students to apply to early to all of them. Stanford was not even in top 5 then in his opinion, so he didn’t even apply there. He just applied to these 5.
