Another Q for Prospective majors on apps

I am planning to apply for the AEM major at Cornell(probably ED), but am hesitating on if I should put that down as my prospective major. Should I just apply to CLAS and put undecided down as my major or what?

Would this be a good idea(acceptance rate ~19%)?? or would I have to apply to that major anyways
