<p>As far as 2 and 3… they have never been used by AP Central and never will be. They are worthless questions. </p>

<p>For 2: C-mfr is found in the north…not much in border states.
For 3: C–a draw was what Lee wanted…especially right before the 64 election. Then George B. McClellan perhaps could have won the election–Peace Democrats would have pushed to end the war.</p>
