Hi
I was glad to see that I was admitted into princeton (completely unexpected).
However, the awards were a bit deceiving since my EFC was put at 4k$ : too much for my family to pay(int'l student witn an income bracket of 30k$).
And I found out that the campus job will cover 2.9k$: I guess 8 hrs per week: Any idea what I can do as a ob?

Anyway, I got into Columbia too, and they covered EVERYTHING with an EFC = 0000.
Could Princeton have miscalculated my EFC because my family is facing a financial crisis with debts and all! BeSiDes, COlumbia releieved me from the Campus job.
So, Could Princeton's finaid office recalculate my award if I send themthe Columbia award letter!
Thanks

It’s definitely worth a try if Princeton is your first choice! Contact them immediately on Monday if you really want to go to Princeton. Let us know how it works out.

Sounds like a mistake to me. You can do pretty much anything from researching assisting to working in the dining hall to helping in the library for a student job.

Thank you guys: it seems I have better wait for the official letter of the FA package before asking them to review the offer!
Thank you anyone!
I am so into getting into PRinceton but Money could deviate my direction :’( !
