any econ transfer with less than 3.5 gpa? (transfer from CC)

<p>I was just wondering if any econ majors that had a less than 3.5 gpa in CC were able to transfer into UCLAs econ department.</p>

<p>Reason i am asking, is that i transfered in as math-econ, and i want to change to econ , but they advised me that they would only accept me if i was able to get accepted to begin with by having met the preq and having a 3.8 CC gpa, i HIGHLY doubt every single person had a 3.8 CC gpa.</p>

<p>I knew of one person who got in with a 3.3 GPA.</p>
