Any extra time?

I've heard many times that Cornell is "the easiest Ivy to get into, the easiest Ivy to fail out of," and the workload is notorious. I have a few questions for Cornell students:

1) How many hours per day (on average) do you need to study to maintain good grades and understand the material?
2) Do you enjoy the amount of work? Is it intellectually challenging, or is a lot of it difficult busy work?
3) Do you have enough time to fully explore extracurriculars, research opportunities, social life, sports, and/or get a job?
4) Do you have ample time on weekends to relax and socialize, or are you often bogged down with studying?

Any other insight would be helpful. Thanks!

That's a good thread to read through

Here is another good one. It has people's daily schedules & routines, etc.

Hope that helps!

It seems like it is really not as bad as the rumors. I have a few friends up there who absolutely love it.
