Just wondering if anyone out there knows a frat, besides the Christian one, that has a bible study group... or even a few "hard core" Christians (dumb way to say it, but maybe it works)? Or a few more (any?) non/minimal drinkers than the other fraternities? Any insights are appreciated.

The Christian frat is not a Christian group at all, because it doesn’t teach/live out the bible. There is no way you can be a frat and at the same time be a Christian group. Here are some well-established Christian fellowships on campus:
Grace on Campus, Campus Crusade, Intervarsity, Asian American Christian Fellowship, Bread of Life.

I think he may be looking for a frat that does all the fraternity stuff like parties and large alumni networking etc, but has bible study on the side available for its members. I think a group like this was flyering on bruinwalk yesterday, and they probably will be there again today.

Does anyone know what group that was? That is exactly what I am looking for.

There’s AGO

[Alpha Gamma Omega Christ-Centered Fraternity](http://www.ago.org/)
[Alpha Gamma Omega at UCLA](http://www.agobruins.org)

If you still want to be in a frat, you can always be in one and join a Christian org on the side (or vice versa, however you want to see it). A bit of a compromise I’ll say but whatever floats your boat.

AGO does not drink.

The easiest way to do what you are looking for is to simply join a fraternity, and then join one of the various christian fellowship groups on campus. Terranoxic outlined the big fellowships and there are other smaller ones like ICA

The Christian fellowships also vary in their degree of strictness. Intervarsity is by far the most “chill” in my opinion. ICA, GOC tend to be pretty strict, dont know about the others.
